Job Title: HR Leader
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR leader to join our organization. As an HR leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the human resources function across a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, payroll advisory, injury management, and workforce planning.
* Foster a high-performance culture that supports leadership capability and drives continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or Senior HR Advisor in manufacturing, rental, or project-based industries.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing employee relations, payroll interface, injury management, and compliance.
* Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, WorkCover regulations, and return-to-work programs.
AHRI membership or equivalent professional affiliation is desired, but not required. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in WHS, Injury Management, or Training & Assessment are a plus. Proficiency in workforce planning, data analysis, and HR reporting tools is essential. High emotional intelligence with the ability to coach and influence across all levels of the organization is also required.
