Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive administrative support to the Chief Executive, including calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination of travel arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between senior leaders, employees and external parties to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
