Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality music and dance programs that cater to the needs of participants
* Lead and coordinate program activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all
* Foster positive relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant qualification in education or a related field
* Experience working with individuals living with disabilities, preferably in a program facilitation or support role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with participants
* Creativity and innovation in program design, with a focus on engagement and empowerment
