The opportunity
Our thriving HR Solutions team partner with some of Australia's leading employers of choice, who we are proud to call our clients. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR Solutions team. p2p HR Solutions work with some incredible organisations to provide RPO, CMO and outsourced payrolling services.
This role would see you working onsite with one of our key RPO clients, who are a well known international brand based in Sydney Olympic Park. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment process lifecycle - from advertising new vacancies, screening candidate CVs and reference checking; to providing administrative support to the broader TA team.
We have a great reputation for developing people, and will provide comprehensive training to ensure that you are set up for success.
Who you are
We are open to hearing from candidates from a range of backgrounds. You will have demonstrated affinity for being customer centric in your approach, and being solutions driven will be second nature to you. Prior experience in supporting a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team would be highly advantageous.
