Are you a hospitality legend ready to run a vibrant, local favourite? Jimboomba Tavern is looking for an experienced, hands on leader to take the reins as our Publican. If you thrive on creating a great atmosphere, leading a high-performing team, and being the welcoming face of a loved community pub, we want to hear from you
As the Publican, you are the heart and soul of the Jimboomba Tavern. You will be responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, staff management, and ensuring the venue maintains its reputation as the best local spot.
A day in the life of a Publican:
* You know the locals by name, they reckon you're one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
* You run the place like it's your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.
* You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
* You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
* You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
About you:
You already know if this is for you. You've got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it's been yours forever. You're not just running a venue - you're living the Publican life.
* Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
