We are on the lookout for motivated Manufacturing Assistants to join our fast-growing, hands-on production team. If you’re ready to start the year strong, this is your chance to step into a stable, long-term role with real development opportunities.
At PWR, you’ll work on a well-structured production line assembling world-class components used across motorsport, performance, and premium industries. You’ll use a range of hand tools, power tools and machinery, building quality products that make a global impact.
No manufacturing experience? No problem. Our team includes people from all walks of life - jewellers, mechanics, hospitality pros, fast-food crew - all united by a strong work ethic, reliability, and a love for hands-on, routine tasks.

Your Skills and Experience
* Relevant manufacturing or general mechanical experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
* Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
* Ability to read and interpret documentation and basic detailed drawings.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent attention to detail.
* Must be able to work unsupervised at times and effectively in a team environment.
* Must have the ability to sustain concentration during repetitive processes.
* More importantly, your positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility is what makes you stand out
