Job Title: Enterprise Applications Director
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Director to lead our application support team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical enterprise systems.
* Lead and manage the application support team to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise applications
* Own the end-to-end performance, reliability and usability of key business applications
* Apply deep knowledge of business processes to ensure applications support the needs of the diverse business units and global locations
* Manage and support HR platforms, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, to streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and enable data-driven decision-making
* Lead application-related projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, while incorporating AI technologies to improve project outcomes
* Manage the resolution of application issues through effective incident management, utilizing AI analytics to predict and mitigate issues proactively
* Manage relationships with application vendors and service providers
* Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT application support, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role is essential
* Extensive knowledge of business processes across finance, operations, and HR, with the ability to align applications with business needs across diverse industries and locations
* Proven experience in project management and implementation of ERP systems, including SAP, JobPac, Sage, and Timberline
* Knowledge of application architecture, system integrations, and IT infrastructure fundamentals
* Experience with AI technologies or tools for enhancing application support, process efficiency, or productivity is highly desirable
* Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for application support and service management
* Knowledge of cloud-based application support and modern integration
