We're looking for a Creator & Partnerships Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Social Media Coordinator.
About The Role
This is a full time role for someone who thrives on building relationships and keeping moving parts organised. As our Creator & Partnerships Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day management of our ambassador, UGC, influencer and affiliate programmes across all three brands — making sure our creator relationships are nurtured, our content pipeline stays full, and our partnerships are running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Ambassadors & Influencers
* Manage ambassador contracts and renewals, including ongoing strategic review of partnerships in the hairdressing trade industry, as well as the retail ecommerce space
* Coordinate product send-outs and oversee campaign deliverables across all three brands
* Liaise with the EH Head of Management and Customer Service team to maintain visibility over influencer activity
UGC & Content Collaborations
* Lead outreach to UGC creators across J'adore, Hadrill Hair and Emilly Hadrill Hair & Extensions
* Support in-house UGC, including transformation and installation content
* Manage the full UGC workflow from initial brief through to contract, product coordination and deliverable sign-off
* Collate and edit content into highly engaging reels for social media
Affiliates
* Oversee and manage the affiliate programme across all three brands
* Regularly review and maintain the affiliate list, filtering for quality and nurturing high-performing partnerships
What We're Looking For
* Experience in influencer, ambassador, UGC or affiliate management — agency or in-house
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple brands and relationships simultaneously
* A natural communicator who builds genuine rapport with creators and partners
* A strong interest in developing relationships to drive brand growth
* Experience in editing/creating highly engaging content
