What you'll do
* Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinary team and patients receiving cancer treatment;
* Deliver patient centred pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimisation.
* Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient‐specific recommendations.
* Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.
What you'll bring
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
* High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
* You are team‐oriented, enjoy collaboration and passionate about providing specialised patient care.
* Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and the ability to perform aseptic complex compounding.
