Our client is a Luxury Property Development company seeking a Communications and PR Manager to join their team!

This role would be well-suited for someone coming from a Public Relations agency or from an in-house Communications role.
The Role:
The Communications & PR Manager will work with the Head of Marketing & Branding and Senior Marketing Manager to handle the public relations and community engagements of the company.
Duties include:
Press Office - Building/ maintaining PR strategies for corporate and individual developments; Maintaining relationships with key media outlets and stakeholders; preparing press releases; pitching; quote writing; reporting; managing PR budgets
Community Management - Corporate blog content writing; preparing EDMs; coordinating with internal teams to develop content (press releases, product brochures, and online marketing material); assist in customer relationships for recent acquisitions; assist in organising buyer events
Other - Award copywriting; seek out and managing speaker opportunities for team; event management/support for residential projects; stakeholder management
Experience working in a PR agency or an in-house PR role
Bachelor in PR or relevant field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Experience in luxury or hospitality industries highly relevant
