Northern Star Resources Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer - Integrity to join the Processing team at their KCGM Operations.
The Senior Integrity Engineer is responsible for providing leadership and technical support for civil/structural assets on site, ensuring these are maintained in a cost effective and responsible manner, adhering to statutory obligations and Northern Star's policies and procedures.

This is a residential role, working 5/2/4/3 (9 hour) roster. The successful applicant will reside in the Kalgoorlie Boulder Region

Required skills are experience
* A degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
* Minimum five (10) years' engineering experience in the mining or heavy industry
* Minimum two (2) years in a supervisory role with demonstrated leadership skills
* Experience running and updating maintenance programs
* Ability to conduct and review assets' inspections and to develop scopes of repair
* Ability to think strategically and commercially, approach solutions creatively and consider organisation-wide impacts
* Ability to lead, coach and mentor team members
* Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
* Good communication, computer and presentation skills
* Must reside in the Goldfields region, or be willing to relocate for our residential site
* Current Unencumbered Western Australian 'C' Class Drivers Licence
Preferred
* Maintenance experience within a mining environment
* Project Management experience
* Experience with Pronto or similar computerised maintenance management system
* Front line management training or considerable experience in a similar role
