Commercial Specification Sales - VIC, SA, WA (Sydney Based) Newly created role | Dedicated regional focus An outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded specification sales professional to join a market-leading brand delivering premium, design-led solutions across hospitality and high-end residential projects. With continued growth across Australia and internationally, the business is investing in a dedicated resource to drive specification and expand its footprint across VIC, SA, and WA. The Opportunity This is a proactive, front-end specification role focused on building awareness, influencing design decisions, and creating demand across a broad network of project stakeholders. You will engage architects, designers, builders, and developers early in the project lifecycle-positioning the product, articulating its value, and ensuring it is considered as part of the specification process. Success in this role comes from maintaining strong visibility across the market, building momentum across multiple projects, and consistently identifying new opportunities. Candidates with experience across building materials, façades, flooring, glazing, construction systems, or similar product categories-where influence, timing, and consistency drive results-will be well aligned. What You'll Do Build brand presence across architects, designers, and developers Develop and manage a pipeline of specification opportunities across VIC, SA, WA Deliver CPDs and presentations to engage and influence decision-makers Drive specification across hospitality and high-end residential projects Provide product insight and support throughout the design and delivery process Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong project outcomes Report on pipeline activity, performance, and market insights About You You are a proactive business developer who thrives on creating opportunity and building momentum in the market. You're confident engaging new stakeholders, understand how projects evolve, and know how to position value in a way that resonates with both design and commercial audiences.
