We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Personal Trainer to join our team that’s on the rise. With a full refit in the near future, we’re modernising our space and upgrading our equipment — making this the perfect time for a motivated PT to come on board and help shape the future of our gym.
You’ll be one of two personal trainers in our club, giving you the unique opportunity to build a thriving client base with the full support of our leadership.

About You:
* You’re not just a PT — you’re a motivated self-starter with a passion for helping people from all walks of life. Our membership reflects a diverse demographic in terms of age, culture, and fitness level, so you’ll need to be adaptable, relatable, and ready to connect with everyone.
* We’re building something fresh and exciting — and we need someone who’s ready to hustle with us, bringing energy, ideas, and professionalism every day.
What You Bring:
* Cert III & IV in Fitness
* A welcoming and professional approach to clients of all backgrounds
* Confidence on the gym floor and a proactive attitude to building relationships
* A strong work ethic and desire to run your own successful PT business
* Willingness to participate in outreach and club promotion to grow your client base and our membership
Bonus Skills:
* Understanding of business development in a contractor/PT model
