The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience working with neurodivergent children, early intervention clients (0–7), and supporting kids with speech, language, literacy, AAC, and fluency needs.
Job Description:

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical services to children and their families, developing individualised treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
You will work closely with the clinical director and senior clinicians to ensure seamless delivery of services and participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in the field.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in evidence-based practice and child-centred care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be a confident communicator who thrives in a team setting and has a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
* Registered Speech Pathologist with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
* Experience working with neurodivergent children and early intervention clients (0–7)
