# **About This Opportunity**Step into a hands-on role at the heart of UQ Library! As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a key part in keeping UQ Library's extensive collections running smoothly, supporting both staff and students in a dynamic, team-focused environment. This part-time role, working Mondays only, presents a great opportunity to contribute to essential library operations while being part of a dedicated and collaborative team.*Key responsibilities will include:** Handle labelling, and preparation of library materials to ensure collections are ready for use.* Retrieve, sort, shelve, and maintain library collections to keep resources organised and accessible.* Manage scanning, photocopying, mail processing, packaging, and dispatching of documents.* Assist the library team with day-to-day operations, completing tasks as directed to keep services running efficiently.# **About UQ**As part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play. This may also include checks relating to gender-based violence matters or other integrity and conduct requirements.
