ReAssured Restoration & Cleaning Services is a locally owned business based in Hervey Bay, proudly serving the Fraser Coast and Wide Bay Burnett for over 10 years. We specialise in emergency restoration for the insurance industry, responding to floods, storms, fire and other unexpected damage in homes and businesses.

About You

* Holds a valid manual driver's licence and has your own reliable transport and clean driving history
* Able to pass a police check and prepared to under go random alcohol and drug testing
* Current Hepatitis A & B and Tetanus immunisation (or willing to get these vaccinations)
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Assist with on-site cleaning, lifting, and general manual labour — no two days are the same
* Support restoration teams with water damage cleanup and drying, helping homes and businesses get back on track
* Help out with mould and fire damage cleanup — learning as you go
* Carry equipment and materials to and from job sites (bonus points for keeping things organised)
* Use hand and power tools as needed (training provided)
* Set up and take down containment areas to keep the work zone safe and tidy
* Remove flooring, fixtures, and debris during strip-outs
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times — safety first, always
* Be available for after-hours, weekend, and on-call shifts when the team needs you
Requirements of your position:
Your new team runs a 24/7 emergency response crew, so you'll be part of a rotating on-call roster for after-hours and weekend callouts. It keeps things exciting—and yes, sometimes that means overtime when disaster strikes. Ready to jump in when we need you most? That's exactly what we're looking for
