Job Description
This is a part-time role working as a Lifestyle Support Officer/Lifestyle Assistant in a rapidly growing organisation. You will be based at one of our Residential Aged Care Homes where you will work as part of a team to motivate residents towards physical and social rehabilitation through the use of activities that promote wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have a track record of working independently as well as within a team environment with great interpersonal skills to build solid and supportive working relationships with their peers, managers, residents and their families. They will also have a Cert IV in Lifestyle and Leisure and be able to provide high quality Leisure & Lifestyle programs towards improved customer wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the design, implementation and evaluation of leisure and recreational programs for our residents, in consultation with your team of carers
* Music/singing an advantage
* Enthusiasm and great new ideas welcomed
* Setting up venues and equipment as required
* Assisting with maintaining accurate documentation and monthly reporting to assure effectiveness of individual plans and identify opportunities for improvement
* Developing and fostering harmonious relationships with residents and encouraging residents to learn new skills
