Your compassionate care in action
* Monitor each resident's condition and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life
* Develop and manage care plans that cater to residents' holistic needs, empowering their choices and independence
* Ensure safe medication administration and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes
The qualities we're looking for
* A genuine passion for caring for others, delivering personalized care that meets residents' unique needs
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
* The ability to quickly learn about the AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience is beneficial)
* Experience in aged care, hospitals or community care settings, providing nursing services
* An understanding of the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management
* The capacity to lead, supervise and delegate tasks effectively to PCA/AINs
