We're looking for a digital copywriter to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll create high-performing content suitable for today's AI-driven search environment.
Your work will help build awareness, trust and lead generation across multiple digital channels, always with a digital-first mindset.
What you'll do
Create and optimise content for SEO and GEO/AEO standards, ensuring it's structured for AI-driven search and generative tools
Produce high-performing copy that ranks well in conversational search, featured snippets and generative engine outputs
Drive demand generation and boost enquiry performance through strategic content
Develop a mix of blogs, social posts, and website content tailored for mobile-first consumption
Research industry trends, audit existing content and generate fresh ideas that align with AI search behaviour
Ensure all content is timely, on-brand and technically optimised for schema markup, entity recognition and structured data
Educate audiences and spark interest in our legal service areas with clear, accessible language
About you
You're an experienced copywriter curious about the future of content - that means keen interest in AI, SEO and GEO. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working collaboratively.
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification in communications, writing, journalism or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience as a copywriter or in a similar role
Proven ability to write for digital platforms with a strong understanding of SEO and GEO/AEO principles
Experience with structured data, schema markup and AI search behaviour
Social media savvy with an understanding of audience engagement
Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Creative, proactive and adaptable with a passion for storytelling
Strong background in professional communications (legal, financial services, superannuation or insurance experience is a plus)
