* Shape the future of renal care by embedding evidence‐based psychological support across the continuum—from chronic kidney disease through dialysis and transplantation.
* Deliver meaningful clinical impact through specialised assessment, intervention, and support for patients, families and carers navigating complex health journeys.
* Drive innovation and excellence by contributing to the design and implementation of clinical pathways, models of care, and programs that optimise wellbeing and outcomes.
* Lead or support research and quality improvement, collaborating with expert clinicians to influence best practice in renal psychology at a local and regional level.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are seeking skilled, passionate and motivated Clinical Psychologists who are ready to contribute their expertise to a growing renal service and make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing across the renal journey.

You May Be The Right Fit If You
* Bring strong clinical capability and compassion, with a genuine interest in supporting patients, families and carers navigating complex renal health pathways.
* Are committed to professional excellence, holding (or nearing completion of) an accredited Masters or combined Masters/PhD pathway— with University documentation confirming completion of Masters‐level requirements.
* Meet eligibility requirements for registration, including those who have completed a Masters degree and are awaiting formal graduation, supported by written University confirmation.
* Are progressing toward full registration, knowing that applicants awaiting Psychology Board of Australia registration will commence at Year 2 of the Psychologist scale until full registration is achieved, then transition to Year 1 of the Clinical Psychologist scale.
* Demonstrate motivation, collaboration, and curiosity, thriving in a multidisciplinary environment where evidence‐based care, innovation, and continuous improvement are embedded in everyday practice.
Selection Criteria
* Full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate Clinical Psychology qualification of no less than two years full time duration or recognised equivalent.
* Describe a time you independently provided psychological assessment and evidence‐based treatment, and how you collaborated with the multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes?
* Provide an example of a quality improvement or service development activity you contributed to, and how your communication skills supported effective implementation?
