Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee development. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, overseeing seasonal clerkship programs, and facilitating graduate resourcing needs. Your ability to provide strategic advice and solutions will be invaluable in driving business success.

In addition, you will lead as a brand ambassador for our firm at university careers fairs, student networking events, and presentations, showcasing our company values and culture. Your people leadership skills will also be utilized to coach managers on effective practices, supporting their growth and development.
