Job Title: Practice Assistant




Job Overview:

You will be part of a dynamic team providing administrative and operational support across various tasks.

* Providing operational support to legal operatives, adapting to changing needs of the role and business.
* Generating reports, managing expenses, document amendments, and document management.
* Supporting client relationship management software, recording business development activities, maintaining accurate contact records, project management, and assisting with client reporting.
* Administrative support with client pitches.
* Coordinating client events.
* Setting up and coordinating new clients and matters using matter planning tools.
* Administrative support with matter financials, assisting with monthly billing process: creating and amending billing narratives and drafting/finalising bills.




Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or finance/accounting/professional services firms.
* A high level of skill and accuracy with software, including Microsoft applications and DocsCorp.
* The ability to draft correspondence, presentations, pitch documents, and slide packs quickly and accurately.
* High-level accuracy and attention to detail, with flexibility to organise and prioritise work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
* Ability to work well within a team environment.
