* Monitor daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
* Analyze key steps and decisions, creating flowcharts, SOPs, and process documents to optimize workflows.
* Develop data tables, Excel templates, and simple data structures to support business reporting and process enhancements.
* Collaborate with business teams to validate workflow details and data definitions.
* Support IT in identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks for potential automation.
* Test new or improved processes on a small scale to ensure they function effectively.
