About the Role
* Sales administrator supporting a busy real estate sales team.
* End-to-end admin support for all sales listings.
* Create property listings in CRM (e.g. REX).
* Prepare proposals, marketing plans, and other listing documents.
* Coordinate sales campaigns with internal marketing team.
* Update websites and manage listing changes throughout campaigns.
* Book appointments and manage calendars for listed properties.
* Process exchanges and sales documentation.
* General administrative duties to support agents and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the real estate sales team with various administrative tasks.
2. Manage sales listings from creation to closure.
3. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
4. Communicate with clients and stakeholders through multiple channels.
Requirements
* A Certificate of Registration.
* Previous experience in real estate sales administration.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* High-level customer service and communication abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* A valid driver's licence and reliable car.
* A Real Estate Licence is desirable.
