Gaming Optimisation Lead - Fulltime
The Gaming Optimisation Lead will assist the GM of Gaming with all analysis, reporting and compliance with Gaming Machines. Assist with potential recommendations for changes to gaming machines and to action any installs. Assist venues to maximise service and revenue for gaming areas, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manage small projects as required liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with venue leads to ensure service levels are maintained to high standards (Mystery shopper results and reports)
* Assist with coaching of team members on gaming related matters to ensure compliance with regulations at the same time as increasing understanding of gaming cabinets and games so the team can assist guests at all times
* Ensure understanding of all systems used by gaming team including (but not limited to) Global, Ebet, Max Gaming, QCI, Cashtrax, Playtrax and assist with training of venue staff as required to ensure compliance and accuracy
* Maintain thorough knowledge of all gaming suppliers and understanding of upcoming releases or changes for suppliers
* Identify potential opportunities for product improvements and make recommendations to GM Gaming for consideration
* Action all approved installs, conversions and product moves as required ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements
* Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for revenue and gaming performance completed and distributed in timely manner
* Analysis to include investigation of potential variances / errors to ensure accuracy of data. Escalation of any identified issues to be made to GM Gaming and appropriate areas
* Maintenance of all databases to ensure accuracy and timely location of data is available for
* Thorough understanding of all requirements for gaming areas and machines under relevant legislation
About You
* Analytical prowess, able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and present data with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience with regulatory reporting
* Maintain focus on potential issues around Responsible Gambling / AML and escalate potential issues to GM Gaming for further consideration.
* Able to assist venues as required to ensure the above is actioned onsite and highlight any deficiencies
* Able to assist ELT with any knowledge uplifts required
* Excellent written and verbal communication tools
* Batchelor's degree in a field that has developed strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential
* Current Drivers Licence( approx 3 days at Venues)
