Job Description:
A Project Officer role is available to provide high-quality administrative and project coordination support for the implementation of legislative reforms related to early voting and telephone-assisted voting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project support services, researching and analyzing information, contributing to the development of processes, and liaising with stakeholders.
About this Role:
The Project Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects related to election planning and operational delivery. This includes preparing correspondence, reports, and briefs, coordinating resources, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing project support services that contribute to project outcomes.
* Supporting research and analysis of information pertaining to assigned projects.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of processes and work instructions.
* Liaising with stakeholders regarding project processes and work instructions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have experience in administrative and project coordination roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
