Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant-1 yr to Senior (Personal Injury Law)
Our client is a modern, forward-thinking law firm undergoing growth in the personal injury team. Role located in Sydney-West. Full-time or 4 days/week part-time. Some work-from-home options may be available.
Responsibilities
* Answering/coordinating telephone calls and directing to the appropriate person;
* Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner;
* Organise meetings/diaries and attend to mail;
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, barristers, doctors, and insurers;
* Typing correspondence, forms, and court documents;
* Preparing briefs to barristers;
* Filing and general administration.

Who you are
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Have a minimum of 12 months (senior candidates welcome) legal administration/secretarial/assistant experience in a law firm;
* Have some experience in personal injury law (preferably CTP/motor accidents, workers compensation and/or TPD);
* Have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good communication/interpersonal abilities;
* Are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
* Are comfortable working in a vibrant, fast-paced, positive environment;
* Are motivated to advance your career with a successful law firm long-term.
