WHAT WE NEED:

Due to high demand, we are currently recruiting an Administration Officer to join our team Full-Time Monday-Friday.

We're a local boating company based in the Sutherland Shire, and we're on the lookout for a friendly and organised Administration Officer to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

* Keeping the office organised and running smoothly
* Managing our accounts inbox daily
* Preparing and processing invoices
* Looking after Xero accounting (AP, AR, payroll, inventory)
* Responding to customer and supplier queries
* Advertising boats online, in print, and through social media/boat sales platforms
* Preparing contracts of sale and handling documentation (title transfer, registration, insurance requirements)
* Assisting with HR tasks like posting job ads and onboarding new team members
* Supporting our business and accounting functions, including month-end tasks
* Providing general admin support to our Directors

WHAT YOU NEED:

To be considered for the role you must have the following as a minimum;

* A high level of computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Great time management skills
* Strong written communication & professional phone manner
* A can-do and positive attitude
* The willingness to learn
* Good numerical skills
* Self-motivated, reliable and demonstrated enthusiasm
* Own transport and drivers licence.
* Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm
* Suitable working rights.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Experience:

* MS Office: 1 year (Required)
* Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

* Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
