About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Glassons stores located at Adelaide Harbourtown Premium Outlets, Rundle Mall, and Marion. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the Chapel St and The Glen store.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Assist with the presentation and maintenance of the store, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and providing excellent service at the point of sale.
* Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring products are always available for customers.
* Support the store team with various administrative and operational tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
* Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers of all ages.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a fast‐paced retail environment.
* Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
