Childcare billing officers play a vital role in supporting finance teams by ensuring seamless operations within our centres.
This is a full-time position located in Robina, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of education and learning.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responding to email and phone support enquiries
* Contacting families via phone or email to request payment for overdue accounts and investigation of account queries
* Entering billing information into software
* Debt collection and resolving discrepancies
* Understanding and explaining family statements
* Checking for dishonored payments and advising families via communication systems
* Keeping accurate tracking records of dishonored payments and payment plans
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
* A high level of customer service experience
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Negotiation and influencing skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
* Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
