**The Role**:
- Assisitng the Site Manager in the operational and financial performance of the International and small Domestic Lounges
- Support the communication and work collaboratively with the Site Manager and Client on all aspects of delivering a quality service
- Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation with a safety focused mindset
- Administration duties such as rosters, people management, training, and learning & development
- The provision of catering services across this business, always maintaining great customer service and satisfaction levels
- Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace
**What you'll bring**:
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable environment
- An energetic, creative professional with the ability to remain pragmatic and focused in an ever changing and challenging environment
- A leader with a unique approach; bringing creativity, warmth, and professionalism in a friendly upmarket setting
- The ability to foster close and positive working relationships with staff, key clients and customers is essential as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
