Senior Structural Engineer

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead the design, analysis, and documentation across a variety of critical infrastructure projects.
* Lead and manage the structural engineering design of infrastructure projects by performing detailed structural analysis and modelling using advanced software proficiency.
* Assess and select suitable materials and construction methods based on project requirements, ensuring all designs meet Australian Standards, codes, and safety regulations.
* Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient designs from concept through to completion.
* Prepare and review engineering calculations, design reports, specifications, and construction documentation for thoroughness and accuracy.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team by mentoring junior engineers and participating in regular meetings and reviews.
