Operations Manager Position
About the Role:
This role focuses on leading the day-to-day operations of Supported Independent Living Homes.
The successful candidate will oversee a team of Service Managers and House Managers, managing 17 SIL homes across the organisation.
Candidates must have substantial experience in senior operations or management roles within the disability industry, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving service delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing a team, developing strategies for operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, and analysing data to drive continuous improvement.
Successful candidates will be strong leaders, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, as well as comprehensive understanding of regulatory landscapes and compliance requirements.
Additionally, they will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as health services management or business administration.
