Overview
$200,706 inclusive SGC + $5k discretionary bonus. Boggabri Coal Mine (BCO) is an open-cut coal operation, producing in excess of 7 million tonnes per annum with a mine life extending through until 2036. BCO is located approximately 57 kms from Narrabri, 60 kms from Gunnedah and 23 kms from Boggabri, NSW. These historic small country towns offer community spirit and a unique, diverse country lifestyle.
Responsibilities
* Working within the maintenance team, this role is responsible for the scheduled servicing, diagnostic, and repairs on a variety of electric-drive Heavy Mining Equipment.
* You will be required to work in a workshop and/or field environment.
* A permanent position is on offer working directly for Boggabri Coal. Boggabri can offer a competitive salary package and a family-friendly residential role, where you can be home after every shift.
Qualifications and experience
* Cert III in Electrotechnology (required).
* High Voltage Electrical Licence (required).
* Forklift and HRWL licences are highly regarded.
* Experience with electric-drive trucks.
* Experience with and the ability to analyse technical data (electrical schematics, CAN-bus faults/diagnostics, etc.).
* Ability to successfully complete Order 45 medical.
* Proficient computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and ideally SAP.
