A well-established commercial construction company is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure the smooth day‐to‐day running of the office. Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role across office operations, administration, and executive support. This is a varied position suited to someone proactive, professional, and confident managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide executive support to Directors and senior management
* Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and appointments
* Manage office operations and administration processes
* Support project administration and documentation
* Handle onboarding, office supplies, and general coordination
* Assist with accounts administration, invoicing, and PO management
* Maintain a professional and efficient office environment
About You
* Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator
* Experience within construction, engineering, property, or trades highly regarded
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail and professionalism
* Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite
* Positive attitude with a hands‐on approach
