We are seeking an experienced Dispatch/Operations Coordinator to support a busy, fast‐moving operation within the appliances/FMCG sector. This is a casual onsite role requiring a proactive, detail‐focused individual who can manage competing priorities, work to deadlines, and communicate confidently across all levels of the business.

Location: Eastern CreekShift time: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (flexibility required based on operational needs)Pay rate: $35.80 per hour + super

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring orders are scheduled and delivered in line with customer requirements
* Manage delivery scheduling, runs, and site coordination
* Work to strict KPIs and deadlines within a sales‐driven, performance‐focused environment
* Support outcomes that directly impact sales and customer delivery performance
* Communicate with stakeholders, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Identify and resolve issues, escalating where required
* Apply strong problem‐solving and critical thinking skills to daily challenges
* Prepare and analyse KPI and performance reports
* Manage documentation including pick lists, manifests, and reporting
* Monitor and action stock discrepancies and data
* Support a multi‐site environment, including travel as required
* Maintain high levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
* Confidently use systems, reports, and business tools in a fast‐paced environment

Requirements

* Experience in the appliances or FMCG industry
* Background in dispatch, logistics, or operational coordination
* Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards / Oracle or similar)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong communication skills across all levels
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
* Available to work fully onsite (no work from home)
* Willing to travel between sites as required
* Driver's licence and own vehicle
* Strong reporting capability and confidence working with KPI data
* High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
