About your role:
Deliver entry-level Physiotherapy clinical services as rostered within Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, including the provision of after hour services, shift work and weekend services if required by the service.
As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to more complex clinical decision making under the clinical practice supervision of a more senior Physiotherapist.
Apply communication skills to work cooperatively and effectively with patients and their families/carers as well as colleagues, supervisors and all members of the multi-professional team.
Manage an appropriate caseload using high level time management and prioritisation skills, including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation.
