Job Description
ICBM Services Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Electronic Technician for our client operating in the electronic and technical services sector across New South Wales, Australia. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported technical team, working onsite at a client location. Position Details
* Job Title: Electronic Technician, Full-Time Position
* Employment Type: Full-time
* Working Hours: 38 hours per week
* Annual Salary: AUD $85,000 - 93,000 + superannuation
* Work Location: in person
Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide a full range of electronic equipment diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services and contribute to the daily technical operations at the client site. Main Duties and Tasks
* Participate in daily work planning and operational activities
* Examine and test electronic equipment and devices to diagnose faults
* Diagnose issues using electronic testing and diagnostic tools
* Repair, replace, and adjust electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring
* Reassemble, test, and calibrate electronic equipment after repairs
* Install, service, and maintain electronic equipment and systems
* Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
* Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation
* Coordinate work activities with supervisors and client representatives
* Ensure equipment operates in accordance with technical specifications
* Comply with workplace health and safety regulations and procedures
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years relevant work experience as an Electronic Technician or in a similar electronic repair role
* Demonstrated experience in electronic fault diagnosis and component-level repair
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced technical environment and under pressure
* Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to high professional, ethical, and safety standards
