Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Administrator to join the Greenfield Project Team at our Sydney Office. The Greenfield Project aims to establish a higher education institution focused on deep learning, research, industry engagement and community service. ECAG plans to provide exceptional opportunities to students from any background to undertake higher education and contribute to society's advancement.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient delivery of the Greenfield Project within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
* Assist with planning, tracking progress, preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Project coordination and administration; document authoring, editing, collating and management; compliance and quality assurance.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and project coordination roles in a complex environment.
* High level understanding of the higher education sector and its regulatory frameworks.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online systems.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
