THE ROLE
Are you a friendly and upbeat with chemical knowledge?
Reporting to the Production & Warehouse Manager, this role is a is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy self-starter. Full training will be provided. Duties include:
- Dispensing chemicals - preparing various solids and liquids for the Blenders
- Formulation and blending - process & blending chemicals in various tank sizes
- Powder manufacture - dispensing, blending and filling various powders
- Decanting and packing - filling of formulations into various containers such as IBC's, drums and carboys
- Chemical storage - moving stock to and from storage locations and record locations in accordance with dangerous goods regulations using a forklift or walkie stacker
- Manufacturing Procedures - adherence to DuBois manufacturing procedures
- Safety Compliance - adhere to all DuBois safety requirements including dangerous goods handling, forklift compliance and use of personal protective equipment
