* Job Role: Maintenance Technician
About the Position
Servicing, repairing and maintaining a diverse fleet of vehicles, plant and equipment is a key responsibility in this role. You will be responsible for managing service records, monitoring asset performance and coordinating warranty claims and insurance documentation. Efficient workshop operations require inventory control, equipment maintenance and adherence to operational plans. Your contribution will play a vital role in reducing downtime, extending asset life and enabling delivery of essential services to the community.
This position requires you to work collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure effective collaboration.
You must hold relevant certifications such as an MR Licence, RTA inspection certificate and White Card. Experience in servicing heavy vehicles, earthmoving equipment and construction plant is also required. Additionally, welding and fabrication expertise is highly valued.
