Temporary Contract for an experienced Project Coordinator/Administrator to join a reputable organisation

Our client is a leading construction company based centrally on the Gold Coast. This organisation has a second to none reputation as specialist contractor. Utilising their specialist experience and resources they deliver installation and maintenance services to clients in Queensland. They are consistently ensuring that their clients business and desired needs are achieved to the highest standards.
**Your new role**
You are responsible for:
- Providing administration support to the team to effectively carry out operational work and coordinate the delivery of all projects
- Schedule the work contractors, prepare job packs and follow up staff who haven't completed their documentation
- Assist in preparing project proposals, monitoring project progress and handling any issues that may arise
- Assist in planning of work and completing follow ups
- Preparing project closure documentation
- Customer Service
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:
- Strong administration skills and recent experience as a project coordinator / administrator
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work well within a small team
- Ability to work full time Monday - Friday on a short term contract
