Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to lead our customer base of 70 million users and counting.
This is a unique opportunity to build your own legacy from scratch, managing a growing customer base and developing strategies for the design of our data lake and CRM platform.
You will have all the support you need to succeed in this role, including resources to help you design and translate all communications for your respective markets.
As a CRM Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of customer segments
* Reviewing the current state of CRM, identifying opportunities for improvement and mapping the future state
* Documenting your strategy and educating all relevant stakeholders
* Collaborating with Engineering, Business Intelligence and an implementation partner to set up Insider
* Managing all automated, scheduled and ad-hoc campaigns
* Cross-functional collaboration with Content, Design and Legal teams
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 5+ years of CRM experience
* Proven track record in the setup, management, and execution of CRM technology
* Experience working with data lakes
* Familiarity with the live streaming space
