About The Opportunity
As the Associate Director, People and Culture Compliance, you’ll lead the strategic design and delivery of our Workplace Compliance Program. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this critical leadership role ensures ECU’s employment and remuneration practices are fair, transparent, and compliant with legislation, industrial instruments, and University policy.

* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to promote a culture of accountability, integrity and fairness.
About You
You are an experienced senior leader in compliance management and program delivery, ideally with an understanding of Australian employment legislation. You bring a collaborative leadership style and are committed to fostering a culture of accountability, integrity and fairness.
