Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
* Relevant experience working with the elderly or people with disabilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively.
* Basic knowledge of personal care procedures and practices, with willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
