Lofts based in Cremorne is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Transport Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, on an 8hr rotating schedule between the hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 7:30am - 12pm every third Saturday.
Duties & responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer orders for our Transport division, as well as enquiries & complaints
* Fleet management duties including dispatch, allocation, and driver coordination.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality materials
* Monitor the performance of drivers and handle any delivery complications.
Skills & experience:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience within a contact centre is advantageous, though not essential
* High level computer literacy & proficiency
* Ability to think methodically and problem-solve under time constraints
* Multitasking & time-management skills
