Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Site Supervisors to join our professional and high‐performing team across Queensland. Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with the Project Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in the successful delivery of new‐build commercial projects, overseeing structural works through to high‐quality finishes and handover.
You will be accountable for driving site performance across safety, quality, program, and subcontractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate day‐to‐day site operations across structures, services and finishing trades
* Manage complex structural elements, including concrete, formwork, steel, and sequencing
* Drive programme certainty, productivity, and safe work practices across all stages of constructionEnsure quality assurance and compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards
* Proactively manage subcontractors and suppliers with a collaborative, solutions‐focused approach
* Support commissioning, finishing stages and defect‐free handover
* Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Set the tone on site, fostering a culture aligned with Buildcorp's values of Preparedness, Fair Play, Creative Thinking and Continual Learning
About You
You're a confident leader with strong site‐based experience delivering complex commercial builds from structure through to finishes.
Ideally, you will bring:
* A trade background or relevant qualification in building or construction
* Proven experience supervising new‐build projects, including structural works, and finishing stages
* Strong technical knowledge across construction methodologies, sequencing, and buildability
* A hands‐on leadership style with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractor performance
* A strong commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery
* A proactive, solutions‐driven mindset and pride in delivering outstanding project outcomes
