What you'll do
Take ownership of cost planning and commercial management for large-scale construction projects. You’ll shape strategies, advise clients and ensure financial efficiency throughout every stage.
With site visits, valuations, risk management and client liaison under your belt, you’ll be building the kind of all-round expertise that positions you for senior leadership or specialised advisory work. You’ll also get involved in training and mentoring, helping to shape the next generation of surveyors.
What you'll need
- A degree in construction or quantity surveying
- Experience working for a national quantity surveying firm
- Robust client management skills and the ability to mentor junior staff
