Job Description
* Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions within the supply chain division.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost‐saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
* Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive business improvements.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance reporting capabilities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional qualification such as CA or CPA (or working towards one).
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with attention to detail.
* Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and using ERP systems.
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross‐functional teams.
* Knowledge of the FMCG industry and supply chain processes is highly regarded.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results.
