Change and Training Lead
6-Month Contract | Melbourne or Perth | Flexible WFH & Onsite
We are seeking an experienced Change and Training Lead to join the team on two initiatives for an initial 6-month contract role. This role offers genuine flexibility, with a mix of work from home and onsite, and can be based in Melbourne or Perth.
The Role
The Change and Training Lead is responsible for assessing, planning, and managing the impacts of change across 2 projects. You will ensure smooth transitions for impacted stakeholders while maintaining strong alignment with overall project objectives.
This role will suit someone who is comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, working closely with project teams, business leaders, and end users.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess the impact of change initiatives on people, processes, and ways of working
* Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned to project goals
* Lead training needs analysis and oversee the development and delivery of training solutions
* Engage and support stakeholders to drive adoption and minimise resistance
* Work collaboratively with project and business teams to embed change effectively
* Monitor change outcomes and adjust approaches where required
About You
* Proven experience in change management and training delivery across various applications; Salesforce exposure beneficial
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within project environments
* Experience working in fast-paced, transformation-driven settings
